By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on Shared Hosting plans only.
To qualify:
You must be a first-time customer (for that specific service)
Request must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase
No violation of Terms of Service
Refund request must be submitted via Billing Department
Refund applies to hosting fees only.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
SSL Certificates
VPS Hosting
Dedicated Servers
Reseller Hosting
Setup fees
Add-ons and additional services
Promotional services marked “No Refund”
Important:
Domain names are registered with third-party registries and cannot be reversed once registered.

Go to Billing → Support Tickets
Open ticket to Billing Department
Include invoice number and reason
Or email: billing@pdthosting.com
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund method depends on your original payment method:
bKash / Rocket / Nagad → Refunded to same number
Bank Transfer → Refunded to provided bank account
Future card payments → Refunded to original card
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
You may cancel services anytime via Client Area:
Services → My Services → Request Cancellation
Immediate Cancellation
Service ends immediately. No refund for unused time.
End of Billing Period
Service remains active until paid term ends.
After cancellation:
Account data is permanently deleted after 7 days
Backup your data before requesting cancellation
PDTHosting is not responsible for data loss after cancellation.
Filing a chargeback without contacting billing first will result in:
Immediate service suspension
$25 administrative fee
Possible permanent account termination
If you have billing concerns, contact us first for resolution.
We target 99.9% uptime.
If SLA is not met, compensation will be provided as service credit, not monetary refund.
Service credits:
Valid for 12 months
Cannot be converted to cash
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
Contact billing within 30 days
We will investigate and correct verified errors
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.
